We have made every effort to display accurately as possible the colours of our product that appear on this website. However, computer monitors vary. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
Please note that we do not have a return policy, but we have a 7-day exchange policy.
The products can be exchanged given that they are in perfect condition for size changes only, and the customer service team has been informed of any issues within 7 days of receiving the order. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing are intact when you send us the product back. Apart from the conditions reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or exchange: any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or the product or is returned without the original packaging and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
We do not provide returns/exchanges on customized products.
We provide no refunds on any goods sold. Goods, once sold, can only be exchanged for replacement if they meet our terms and conditions. However, should the issue remain unresolved, we will offer you a credit note to use against a future purchase.
Returns are only accepted if the product received is faulty.
Items purchased on sale cannot be exchanged or returned.
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that are shipped after the 7-day grace period expires or items are not in the same condition as you received them in.
Please note that we are unable to accept items purchased at other retail locations or other websites. We are unable to accommodate merchandise exchanges.
All tags must be fully attached to return/exchange items. All items should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed or damaged in any way. End-of-season sale items or final sales are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilised for payment. Please note that we do not refund original or return shipping charges. Please note that the payment will be returned in the same mode as received within 7-15 days.
The shipper must make claims for packages lost or damaged in transit.
Le Concept is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control, such as weather. Le Concept does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event the return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that does not meet the above return/exchange requirements at Le Concept’s sole discretion.
All items are quality-controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to customers. Should you receive any item that is not in perfect condition, please get in touch with customer service immediately. If an order has more than five products then it will be considered as a bulk order. Return/Refund will not be possible.
Return Process
- Initiate Return: Email us at info@leconcept.in. Provide a valid reason to exchange the product. Attach pictures and videos.
- Approval: Our team will review your request. If eligible, we will approve the return or exchange.

Quality Check (QC): Once the product reaches us, it will undergo a QC process.
Important Instructions
- Ensure the product is in the same condition as when received. Used or altered products will not be accepted.
- Record an unboxing video of the package before opening the courier seal to claim any physical damage or missing products. Returns/exchanges for damaged or defective products require valid video proof.
- Mention your order number and contact number on the package when returning it.
- INR 300 will be deducted for all returns/exchanges for logistics, prepping and packaging purposes

Once the order has been placed on our website, we are unable to modify or cancel the order for any reason. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to shipping restrictions in place worldwide. Customer service will notify you if this cancellation occurs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses. Le Concept is not responsible for packages once they have been scanned and delivered. Once your package has been shipped out and handed to the respective courier, you cannot change the shipping method.
Tracking & Delivery:
- Post shipping, the details of the tracking number and information of the shipping agency will be shared via email.
- Orders can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping partner’s website.
- Please ensure the complete shipping address, including zip code and a mobile number, to ensure hassle-free delivery.
Modes of Payment:
- For Domestic orders, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express), Net Banking options across major banks as well as recognized Wallet & UPI options.
- For all International transactions, we accept major Credit Cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express), as well as payments, via Razorpay (third-party payment gateways).
- Please Note: As per RBI regulations in India, all credit and debit cards issued in the Indian Territory cannot be used for transactions in international currency by default unless overridden by the cardholder explicitly with the bank.
