Shipping

All products are subject to availability. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your order. Order is shipped within 7-14 working days, and the customer will receive it within 14 days from ordering. International shipping time may differ according to the location. All orders are shipped from our studio in Noida using (e.g. BluDart) for pan India and (e.g. DHL) for international orders. Please confirm that all order details are correct before completing the checkout process. Le Concept does not ship on weekends or major holidays. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. If you do not see the order confirmation within a few minutes of placing it, please check your spam email folder.


Domestic Delivery: 

  1. Shipping Cost is free.
  2. Dispatch within 7-14 Days.
  3. Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 48-72 hours.

International Shipping:

We ship to almost all major countries - India, USA, Middle East, UK and Europe at a flat rate calculated by weight for different zones. Please note that Le Concept is not responsible if the packet gets held at customs or any other point in the destination country. If you need to place an order for rush shipment, please contact us at info@leconcept.in. If, for any reason, your order is to be delayed or cancelled - due to stock, payment or otherwise - we will contact you via email. 

  1. Free Shipping above orders worth Rs.30,000.
  2. For Orders below Rs.30,000, a shipping charge is levied.
  3. All international orders for ready-to-wear are delivered within 15- 20 business days

  5. Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order.
  6. The deliveries are dispatched to the shipping address recorded at checkout.
  7. Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry, and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported.
  8. Customers are to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency at the time of order delivery.
